Perfect salad
Ingredients:
3 leaves Crisp lettuce
1 Avocado
1 Banana
1/4 can canned peas
3 Spring Onions
1 Tender pre-cooked beetroot
Very light sprinkle of salt
Pepper to taste
Method:
Cut all ingredients to small pieces with a sharp knife. Stir lightly.
Serves:
1 meal or a few side servings.
