Insecurity

Maybe it was the report of the recent intruder in my house that prompted neighbours a few blocks away to double their electric fence. Or maybe the second one is to ensure that noone gets out. Or maybe they were advised to get a backup in case of a power failure. Even one electric fence looks ugly. They should rather take tranquillisers.
